Psychotherapy for Professionals
Psychotherapy for women, female entrepreneurs, business owners or in senior level management position, executives and C-Suite level leaders in Maroochydore or via Zoom conference call.
Body oriented psychotherapy for women is an existentially informed, emotionally agile and provides a space for leaders and professional women to safely vent, explore and express outwardly the events, beliefs, struggles, pain and suffering they have to keep hidden in their daily life. Women often struggle to own their power in a way that strengthens their capacity to lead and can have a tendency to do it all on their own. Many bottle up and constrict their access to their intuition, possibly a women most powerful gift and resource or to permit their hearts wisdom to inform her how to lead wisely and brilliantly.
Why?
Many women in leadership appear to have confused power with an outdated patriarchal way of leading that is aligned to a somewhat Makavellian style which is to lead through fear, control and force and so rather than being inpowered, [in-her-power], as a women leading and honouring her softness within strength she hides aspects of her for fear being seen as weak, sensitive or lesser than her male peers. This leads to disease, feeling disempowered, not living congruently to her true-self, genuine expression, and she burns out.
Inpowerment processes for female leaders is essential if we are going to change how women make their way to:
Yvette herself has experienced what's required of senior level female leaders, executives and business owners to be consciously present, grounded and genuine in their integrity, resilience and influence even when it feels like you have little left to give and thus the extra mile is often done at a huge personal expense to ones wellbeing.
Yvette brings with her a way to create a container for all that which can not be shared elsewhere and to embody new ways to process and transcend the archaic silent expectations bestowed upon female leaders. It truly is liberating!
Being a friend to yourself is crucial to your ongoing success, yes it sounds like BS, but...
Making time for yourself to sit in a space where you can rest down, pause and vulnerably try on new ways of being a leader is the greatest gift a conscious leader can bring to their self-care. In doing so the women who courageously go there, feel topped-up, rejuvenated and inpowered to rise-up and being their true-nature; a leader living her capacity to influence and inspire meaningful changes at work and within her community and even leave a legacy.
